Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours

As a Care Navigator, you'll manage crises, provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensure client safety, and connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This role does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email. Must be able to work one of the following shifts: Tuesday - Saturday: 5:30pm-2am PT (6:30pm-3am MT / 7:30pm-4am CT / 8:30pm-5am ET) or Tuesday - Saturday: 7pm-3:30am PT (8pm-4:30am MT / 9pm-5:30am CT / 10pm - 6:30am ET). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN) with two years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred). Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting). Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred but not required. Must be a full-time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States.
