Job description

Conduct online Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Each visit is approximately 30 minutes, including medication and medical history review, health education, and answering member questions. Must provide 40 hours of availability weekly, complete 320+ capacity units per month, and maintain a strong visit completion rate of 220+ completed visits per month. Requires board certification, active state licenses in coverage areas, and ability to obtain multi-state licenses as needed. Must work from a private space with adequate internet connection.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct online Video Visits with health plan members
  • Perform medication and medical history review
  • Educate members about health and answer questions
  • Provide 40 hours of availability weekly
  • Complete 320+ capacity units per month
  • Maintain 220+ completed visits per month
  • Attend regular manager, team, and clinical meetings
  • Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements

What you bring

  • Board certification as NP or PA
  • Active state licenses in coverage areas
  • Experience with telehealth or in-home health evaluations preferred
  • Proficiency with information management and technology
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
