Senior Clinical Research Specialist

The Senior Clinical Research Specialist supports clinical studies for Medtronic's medical devices. Responsibilities include site selection, study start-up, monitoring, data collection, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with investigators, ethics committees, and internal teams. Requires a BSN or equivalent nursing degree, active RN license, and 5+ years of clinical research experience. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations. Remote or hybrid work options available. Salary range: $100,000–$150,000.
