Provide personalized Face-2-Face training to Acelis Connected Health's home testing customers on obtaining a finger stick blood sample, operating PT/INR products, and reporting responsibilities. Remotely set up training appointments, travel to customers' homes within the trainer's geographic area, demonstrate and instruct proper use and care of PT/INR equipment, explain test reporting options, and accurately document and submit patient training records electronically. Maintain communications via cell phone, email, and internet, using secure encrypted email for PHI. Requires current RN license, clinical experience, reliable transportation, computer and smart device proficiency, and ability to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip. Direct experience with anticoagulation management or homecare preferred. Per-diem, state/city specific position.
