Job description
The Nurse Case Manager I is responsible for performing telephonic case management for members with complex medical needs. This role involves assessing member needs, developing care plans, coordinating services, and monitoring outcomes. The position is 100% remote and requires an active RN license in the state of residence. Preferred candidates have 3+ years of clinical experience, including case management or utilization review. Salary range: $65,000–$95,000.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic assessments to identify member needs
