Manager Clinical Performance & Quality (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)

The Manager Clinical Performance & Quality is responsible for managing clinical quality improvement initiatives, including HEDIS/STARS measures, provider performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves analyzing data, developing interventions, and collaborating with internal teams and external providers to improve quality outcomes. The position is remote but requires residence in one of the listed states. Requires an active NP or PA license, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 2+ years of management experience.
