Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests if ordered. You will use an iPad and clinical workflow, and are not required to prescribe medicine or alter treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states is required. Per diem employees qualify for hourly base rate plus additional incentives, malpractice insurance, and supplies.
Key responsibilities
