Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Saint Louis, MO area. This part-time role involves traveling to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, medication review, and health risk assessments. The NP will work independently and document findings in an electronic health record. Must have an active NP license in Missouri and valid driver's license. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
