In-Home Nurse Practitioner Part Time - Kirksville

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). You will use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow. No prescribing, lab orders, or altering treatment regimens. You must be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, and conduct virtual visits as needed. The role requires an active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s) and board certification. Multi-state licenses preferred. Anticipated weekly hours: 29.5. Pay range: $37.66 - $81.11 per hour.
