Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in their homes to bridge gaps in care. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or lab orders required. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Must be board certified and have active unrestricted license in coverage area.
