Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Per diem role with hourly base rate plus per-visit incentives.
Key responsibilities
