Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or lab orders required. Travel locally within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Part-time, 29.5 hours per week. Pay range $41.85-$90.13 per hour.
