Job description
Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states. Part-time, 29.5 hours per week.
