Job description
CVS Health is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Omaha, NE area. This is a field-based role where you travel to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including health history, medication review, and physical exams. No facility-based patient care.
