Job description
Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states. Part-time, 29.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-home health evaluations (45-minute visits)
- Review medication and medical history
- Conduct physical evaluations and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry)
- Use iPad for clinical documentation
- Travel locally and within licensed states
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
What you bring
