Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment. Travel locally within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Part-time, 29.5 hours per week. Pay range $37.66-$81.11 per hour.
Key responsibilities

- Perform medication and medical history review
- Conduct physical evaluation and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry)
- Use iPad and clinical workflow
