Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in their homes to bridge gaps in care. Visits last about 45 minutes and include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or lab orders required. Must be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, and conduct virtual visits as needed. Part-time role with select benefits and malpractice insurance.
