Job description
Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering treatment. Travel locally within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed. Full-time role with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, CEU allowance, 401K, malpractice coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-home health evaluations lasting about 45 minutes
- Review medication and medical history
- Conduct physical evaluation and ordered diagnostic tests
- Use iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
What you bring
- Active unrestricted NP or PA license in coverage area
- Board certification
- Multi-state licenses preferred
