Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations (approx. 45 min each)
- Perform medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests
- Use iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed
