Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or lab orders. Travel locally within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Key responsibilities

What you bring
- Active unrestricted NP or PA license in coverage area
