Job description
CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Topeka, KS area. This is a field-based role where you travel to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, medication review, and health risk assessments. No facility-based patient care. Must have an active NP license in Kansas. 1+ year of NP experience required. Mileage reimbursement and flexible schedule offered.
