Job description
CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Kansas City, MO. This is a field-based role where you travel to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, medication review, and health risk assessments.
