Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry) as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed. Full-time role with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, CEU allowance, 401K, and malpractice coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations (approx. 45 min each)
- Review medication and medical history
- Perform physical evaluation and ordered diagnostic tests
- Use iPad and clinical workflow for documentation
- Travel locally and within licensed states
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
