CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Boston (Norfolk), MA area. This part-time role involves traveling to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including health history, medication review, and coordination with primary care providers. Must have an active NP or PA license in Massachusetts. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel to members' homes to conduct in-person health assessments
