We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support clinical trial patients through in-home visits in the Fargo area. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of innovative therapies while providing high-quality patient care in a community-based setting.

This position offers a flexible, per diem schedule , with visits typically occurring during morning and early afternoon hours. It is an excellent opportunity for PRN, part-time, or experienced nurses seeking supplemental income and exposure to clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits with clinical trial participants in accordance with study protocols.
• Collect clinical data and biological samples to support the evaluation of investigational treatments.
• Perform nursing procedures, including:
• Venipuncture/blood collection.
• Vital signs assessment and urine specimen collection.
• Medication administration, as required by protocol.
• Subcutaneous injection administration, when applicable.
• Accurate labeling, packaging, and shipment of specimens.
• Monitor, document, and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
• Conduct Mental Health (MH) assessments and protocol-specific patient evaluations.
• Complete study documentation accurately, thoroughly, and within required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license

in the state in which you are hired in.

• Current BLS certification

required.

• Recent experience performing venipuncture and blood draws.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible availability with the ability to travel regionally (up to 90 miles).
• Reliable transportation, internet access, and a mobile phone.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Experience in hematology required.

The potential base pay range for this role is $50.00-$60.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
