Job description
The Clinical Development Trial Lead (CDTL) is responsible for the operational planning and execution of clinical trials. This role provides clinical research expertise and leadership to the clinical trial team, ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs. The CDTL collaborates with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs. Key responsibilities include developing study protocols, managing study timelines and budgets, overseeing site selection and monitoring, and ensuring data integrity. The role requires a BSN and active RN license, with at least 5 years of clinical research experience. Eli Lilly is an equal opportunity employer.
