Job description

Provide telemedicine services via messaging and phone on Oscar's platform. Deliver patient care in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, focusing on efficiency and quality. Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines. Must be bilingual in Spanish. Requires NP or PA graduate from accredited program, board certification (ANCC), currently licensed in at least 3 of 5 states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA, and willingness to obtain additional licenses. 3+ years urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine experience; 2+ years telehealth experience. 1099 role, minimum 16 hours/week, 4-hour shifts between 5pm-12am Eastern with occasional weekends. Pay: $62-$92 per hour.

What you bring

  • Bilingual Spanish (read, write, speak)
  • Active NP or PA license in at least 3 of FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA
  • 3+ years urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine
  • 2+ years telehealth experience
  • Board certification (ANCC)
