Job description
Oversee a remote team of Behavioral Health Advocates providing case management for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services in MO, WI, and KY. Case managers work telephonically and in the field. Manage and be accountable to professional employees, set team direction, resolve problems, provide guidance. Adapt departmental plans, influence forecasting, oversee new product implementations, initiate state initiatives, update Quick Reference Guides, coordinate care with internal/external partners, interface with regulatory agencies, respond to audits, interview/hire/onboard, review adherence to metrics, ensure benchmarks met, create action plans, foster relationships, cover for management. Requires Missouri licensure and residency, 5+ years behavioral health experience including mental health and substance use disorders across all age groups, experience managing people in a behavioral health setting, experience with public/commercial mental health and substance abuse services, EMR documentation, Medicare/Medicaid products and regulations, interfacing with regulators during audits, intermediate MS Office proficiency, dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.

What you bring
- Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist or Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credential
- Missouri licensure and residency
- 5+ years Behavioral Health experience including Mental Health and SUD across all age groups
- Experience managing people in a Behavioral Health setting
- Experience with public and commercial mental health and substance abuse services delivery system
- Experience overseeing documentation in EMR
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid products and regulations
- Experience interfacing with regulators during audits
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
