Job description
Boulder Care is seeking Registered Nurses aligned with Harm Reduction principles to support patients receiving buprenorphine-based treatment for opioid use disorder. This is a 100% remote, full-time W2 position. The RN works directly with patients via telephonic, text-based, and video-based engagement to deliver medication-assisted recovery for substance use disorder (SUD). Responsibilities include patient education, monitoring, care coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and administrative tasks. Requires active unrestricted RN license in state of residency, minimum 2 years specialized nursing experience in outpatient SUD treatment, and a dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet. Shift: Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm EST. Pay range: $80,000-$95,000.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring
- Educate patients about addiction, medications, and support services
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams via telehealth
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
