Job description
Devoted Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary care via telehealth. This role involves providing comprehensive virtual primary care to patients, including chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services. The APP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure high-quality outcomes. Must hold an active NP or PA license and be comfortable with telemedicine technology. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in any US state.
