Job description

Ophelia is a telehealth startup providing medication and clinical care for opioid use disorder (OUD). As an Advanced Practice Practitioner, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment via telehealth, including intake and follow-up visits. Responsibilities include determining individualized treatment plans, using motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions, monitoring medication management, providing patient education, and documenting in EHR. You will work closely with triage nurses and care coordinators. No prior MOUD experience required; training provided. Must be board certified NP or PA with active DEA license (or willingness to obtain) and fully licensed in Pennsylvania. Additional licenses in NJ, NY, VA, or MD a plus. Patient care hours: Mon-Fri 9-7pm, Sat-Sun 9-5pm. Full-time remote within US.

Key responsibilities
