Job description

Sit on the Clinical Business Support team within Sales Enablement, providing clinical support to field and account teams, employers, and healthcare consultants. Primarily supports Large Group commercial customers in the West and Central regions. Supports clinical discussions, presentations, and related activities to help commercial plan sponsors advance the quintuple aim — reducing costs, improving population health, optimizing patient and provider experiences, and driving equity and inclusion.

Core activities include high-cost claimant reviews, periodic plan performance reviews, articulation of the company's clinical models, programs, and point solutions, RFI/RFP support, capabilities presentations, finalist meetings, partnering with consultants, brokers, and producers, answering clinically related account questions, and developing health promotion and prevention strategies. Also responsible for bringing the voice of the customer back to the organization, partnering with stakeholders across Aetna, the PBM, and consumer businesses.

Fully remote position requiring approximately 25-50% travel for in-person client meetings across the Central and Western US. Requires an active, unrestricted clinical license (RN, PA, or NP), 10-15 years relevant experience, and 5-10+ years as a clinician or clinical leader with a national health plan, consultant, or medical management company in commercial healthcare. BSN or relevant bachelor's required; master's preferred. Pay range $100,000-$231,540 plus bonus and equity.
