Intake Nurse (RN) - Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, or Chinese) - UAS (Uniform Assessment System)

The Intake Nurse (RN) is responsible for conducting telephonic intake assessments for members enrolled in CareSource's managed care plans. Using the Uniform Assessment System (UAS), the nurse evaluates member needs, coordinates care, and ensures appropriate referrals. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or Chinese. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel for training or meetings. Requires an active RN license in one of the listed states and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000.
