Job description
Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment. Travel up to 100% within a defined coverage area, may require overnight stays. Must hold active unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) and obtain multi-state licenses as needed. Board certification required.
