Job description
Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering treatment. Travel up to 100% within a defined coverage area, may require overnight stays. Full-time position with benefits.
