Job description

Provide virtual telemedicine consultations (video/phone) for fertility, menopause/perimenopause, and low testosterone/men’s health concerns. Deliver evidence-based care per ACOG, ASRM, The Menopause Society, AUA, and Endocrine Society standards. Order labs, manage medications, coordinate referrals. Document visits in Carrot systems. Use inclusive, trauma-informed communication. Maintain multi-state licensure and compliance. Part-time, 5-15 hours/month.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide virtual telemedicine consultations for fertility, menopause, and men's health
  • Deliver evidence-based, guideline-aligned care
  • Order, review, and interpret labs; manage medications and treatment plans
  • Document clinical visits accurately in Carrot systems
  • Utilize inclusive, trauma-informed communication
  • Maintain active licensure and compliance with multi-state telemedicine regulations

What you bring

  • Active APRN/NP license in at least one US state
  • 3-5+ years clinical experience in early fertility, menopause, or men's health
  • MSCP certification for menopause specialty
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and telemedicine regulations
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
