Telehealth Triage Registered Nurse

Job description

Ophelia's Telehealth Triage RNs are the primary point of contact for active patients with clinical questions or needing additional support. Duties include managing inbound clinical communication, bridge prescription requests, providing brief interventions, troubleshooting pharmacy issues, conducting check-in calls, identifying escalation events, supporting medication management, and documenting in EMR. Requires active RN license in a compact state and active NY license (cannot live in NY). OUD experience preferred. Full-time, 40 hours/week, Sunday-Thursday 10am-6pm. Compensation: $90,000.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound clinical communication with patients
  • Manage all bridge prescription requests
  • Provide brief interventions using evidence-based treatments
  • Troubleshoot pharmacy issues
  • Conduct check-in calls for vulnerable patients
  • Identify and manage escalation events
  • Support medication management and patient education
  • Facilitate communication with clinicians
  • Provide thorough documentation in EMR

What you bring

  • Active RN license in compact state
  • Active NY license
  • OUD experience preferred
  • Telehealth triage experience
