Job description
The Senior Advisor, Clinical Research will provide clinical expertise and oversight for clinical trials, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. Responsibilities include protocol development, site monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a remote role requiring a BSN or higher and an active RN license. Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience required. Salary range: $120,000–$180,000.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise for protocol development and amendments
- Oversee site monitoring activities to ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with data management, biostatistics, and medical affairs teams
- Review and interpret clinical data for safety and efficacy
- Mentor junior clinical research staff
What you bring
- Active RN license (any US state)
- BSN or higher degree
- 5+ years clinical research experience
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
