Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Texas

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Workit Health, you will collaborate with a physician to provide whole-person care to patients with substance use disorders via telehealth. Responsibilities include co-facilitating virtual shared medical appointments and individual appointments, conducting new patient evaluations, making assessments and treatment plans, prescribing and monitoring medications for opioid and alcohol use disorder, providing patient education, maintaining confidentiality, and accurate EMR records. Requires 1+ year NP/PA experience, active Texas license (CA or NM preferred), 1+ year addiction medicine experience, DEA license, BLS certification, and harm reduction philosophy. Fully remote position with 4x10 schedule (8am-6pm PST).
