Job description
Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Virtual Urgent Care team. Provide telemedicine services via phone and messaging. Must have full practice licensure in at least 3 of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia. Reside in one of the listed states. Shift: 7am-5pm EST (4x10hr shifts) + 1 weekend per month. Base pay: $116,400-$152,775 per year plus benefits and bonuses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medical care virtually via phone and message
- Align care with Oscar Medical Group guidelines
- Focus on efficiency and quality of care
- Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers
What you bring
- Active NP or PA license in at least 3 of FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA
- Bilingual Spanish (read, write, speak)
- 3+ years urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine
- 2+ years telehealth experience
- Board certification (ANCC for NP)
