PRN RN - eHospital

The eHospital Registered Nurse (RN) remotely monitors patients on Intensive Care Units (ICU) at several of Cleveland Clinic's regional hospitals. The eHospital team has full access to electronic medical records, can place orders, review labs and imaging studies, and perform visual assessments using in-room cameras. They collaborate with ICU caregivers via two-way audiovisual communication. eHospital monitors 244 ICU beds and 44 Med/Surg beds. Nurses intervene in critical situations and provide support for routine activities, including virtual rounding and patient check-ins at least once per night. This is a PRN position with variable nights (7:00pm-7:30am), 48 hours every 6 weeks including one weekend. Minimum qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN), current RN licensure, BLS certification, ACLS for Critical Care areas (must be obtained within first year), and two years recent related nursing experience (external applicants).
