Clinical Guide: Diabetes Educator (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)

As a Clinical Guide at Devoted Health, you will serve as a diabetes educator and care coordinator for members with diabetes. You will provide telephonic and virtual education, coaching, and support to help members manage their condition. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, conducting virtual visits, coordinating with primary care providers, and using clinical guidelines to optimize outcomes. This is a 100% remote role requiring an active RN or NP license, certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and 3+ years of diabetes education experience. Salary range: $80,000–$100,000.
