Nurse Clinical Lead - Provider Education

The Nurse Clinical Lead reports to the National Medical Director, Risk Adjustment and Stars, and supports corporate and regional strategies for provider success in Medicare Stars, Risk-Adjustment (MRA), and Interoperability. This individual contributor role provides clinical and coding expertise, informs clinical strategy, serves as a clinical coding expert for coding disputes and policy development, and co-develops internal and external provider education materials. The role also educates and trains market associates and provides clinical support to Provider Education, Communication, and Strategy teams. Required qualifications include an RN license, at least 5 years of clinical experience, medical coding certification (CPC or equivalent), strong knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment and Stars, and experience educating healthcare providers. Preferred qualifications include BSN, advanced risk adjustment coding certification (CRC), and familiarity with Interoperability products. This is a remote position with occasional travel for training or meetings. Salary range: $104,000 - $143,000 per year.
