Job description
Provides educational opportunities to nurses and leaders for professional development. Conducts needs assessments, designs education programs, and monitors effectiveness. Leads continuous improvement through research and evidence-based practice. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards. Serves as a master trainer and guides other trainers. Develops and delivers education plans using adult learning principles. Monitors metrics and outcome measures to ensure high-quality care.
