Job description
Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states. Per diem role with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-home health evaluations (approx. 45 min each)

- Use iPad for clinical documentation
- Travel locally and within licensed states
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
