Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members in their homes. The visit includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered. Use an iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing, lab orders, or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Per diem role with hourly base rate plus per-visit incentive. Requires active unrestricted license in coverage area and board certification. Multi-state licenses preferred. Anticipated weekly hours: 12.
