Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Per diem role with hourly base rate plus incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-home health evaluations (45-minute visits)
- Review medication and medical history
- Conduct physical evaluations and diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry)
- Use iPad for clinical documentation
- Travel to members' homes within licensed states
