Job description
Provide In-Home Health Evaluations for health plan members in their homes. Conduct 45-minute visits including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered. Use iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing, lab orders, or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states. Conduct virtual visits as needed.
