Job description
CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Olympia, WA and Grays Harbor area. This is a part-time, field-based role where you travel to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, medication review, and health risk assessments. No facility-based patient care. Must have an active NP or PA license in Washington state. Mileage reimbursement provided.
