Job description
The Sr. Clinical Informatics Specialist will support the design, implementation, and optimization of clinical information systems to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze clinical workflows, identify opportunities for technology enhancements, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include leading system configuration, testing, and training; developing clinical decision support tools; and leveraging data analytics to drive quality improvement initiatives. Requires active RN license (compact accepted) and 3+ years of clinical informatics or related experience. BSN preferred. Salary range: $90,000–$120,000.
